Our engineering and design capacity is based on our extensive operational experience in the mining and construction sectors. Preliminary Engineering (PE) is analysis and basic design works of mineral processing plant and It focuses on creating the general framework to build the project on.

PE brings projects to 30 percent complete. The next step, Detailed Engineering, brings projects to 100 percent completion.

Preliminary Engineering (PE) includes below elements:

- Preparation of Basic Flow Sheet & P&ID

- Conceptional Design

- General Layout

 - Cost Estimation

Detailed Engineering is the next step of Preliminary Engineering phase which may consist of procurement of materials as well. This phase further elaborates each aspect of the project by complete description through solid modeling, drawings and as well as specifications.

 

Detailed Engineering works include the following elements:

- Detailed Flow Sheet and P&ID

- General Arrangement (GA) / Layout Details with Plan, Section & Elevation Drawings

- Structural Design, Analysis & Drawings

- Civil Design, Analysis & Drawings

- Piping Engineering, Design & Drawings

- Preparation of Manufacturing Drawings

- Procurement Engineering & Management
